I went through about four process of interview. Let me say that I was scouted through social media. So I had brief interview with a recruiter explaining to me about the job and the position and we got to know each other. Then the second interview was with another recruiter and it was through wecam where it asked you about sale experience and more about yourself. Then I was contacted by regional manager to have my phone interview. Lastly, I made it to the last interview where they fly you off to CA/NY depending where you are closer to. They do pay for all the travel expenses and such. During that interview you meet with executive people where you are interviewed. One interview would be about behavioral related question. The next interview was situational question. Then you go to the last two group interview where you are given a case study. One as a group and the other by yourself explaining why you would do those action.
