I sat with the interviewer and was asked a series of questions. I answered each question as the interviewer took notes of what I said. As I was speaking the interviewer would ask me follow up questions about my past experiences and how I would apply it to Macy's. After I finished answering the interviewer would then grade my response. It was easy and enjoyable as long as you have an idea of what you want to say.
