The process took about a week. I applied online and I got an email to schedule the interview time. I got there and they led me to a room in the back and asked me questions about my experiences and it was about 15-20 minutes. I was offered the job 3 days later by phone after a background check.

It was a few calls between the interviewer and I, when it was scheduled everything went great. I did not get the job because I accepted a different offer, but the process was smooth.

Super easy and not so many requirements to getting the job. just do what you need to do and you'll be fine with management and coworkers. opportunities to grow in the company.

One on one interviews about customer service skills, previous experience, and passion. If i remember correctly there's some STAR format questions so remember previous work related experiences. Interview isn't too bad.
