So I decided to take a seasonal job, and lo and behold I apply and I get the option to schedule an interview for the next day. I take it, and come one here to check out the questions that would be asked. I go to the interview site and wait for about ten minutes before an interviewer came. My interviewer asked the typical questions such as: "Why do you want to work for Macy's?" and "If you saw someone steal something, what would you do? and "Are you a leader or a follower?" This interview, like many interviews that I've had before, communicated to me that they just wanted people as quickly as possible because of the ease of the questions and the short interview time (about 20 mins). As long as you don't ask for $16/hr or something outrageous for a retail job then you're fine and should get the job.
