I applied online. It can take a while--up to an hour. What is asked are the basics, tax questionnaire, personality test, and so on. You can also upload your resume, cover letter, and other documents. I get an e-mail a day later to go to their website to schedule an interview. The interview is two days later. I walk in 10 minutes before the interview. I tell a lady at the Human Resources area about it, and I sit and wait for 10 or so minutes. The same lady comes out the door and invites me in. She tells me what the job entails, and if I'm okay with it. Very, very basic questions that I wasn't sure if it was a real interview. She tells me they'll schedule a second interview for me. The "interview" ended within 5 minutes. I get an e-mail a couple of days later telling me that I didn't get the job.
