About 3 rounds of interviews, including interviewing with store manager, HR representative, and president. The entire process could take up to a month, but the interview questions are more or less the same. The interviewers just want to get to know your personality and feel your vibe.

I had dropped off a hard copy of my resume in person and asked to meet the manager on duty. I had an interview on the spot with the manager and the process took about 30 minutes. Overall the questions were typically experience and customer service oriented.
