There was a phone screen and three in-person interviews. The first three stages are relatively normal interviews, however, the last is with upper management and is essentially on big psychological experiment. They ask you leading questions like "Do you like a fun work environment?" to turn around and say "let me make sure you understand the role. It won't always be a fun environment". They're also stone cold and refuse to give you anything while you answer their questions—no head nods or verbal acknowledgments. Just straight face and direct eye contact the entire time.
