I was referred for the job by an employee here, and was able to directly get an interview with three other QA members. I didn't have to do any phone interviews or group meetings. The interview process was great and everyone was so nice, and it was quite comfortable aside from the classic interview riddles that I had to solve. The only thing that was a little hard was not hearing back for two weeks, when I had been told that I would hear back the next day. I understand that there was some debate about me being hired as a junior member while the team was really looking for a senior QA engineer, but in the end, I got the offer and all was well.

Entrevista
Lengthy process that took about 1 1/2 months. At each level, the interviewers were very kind and welcoming. Every person with whom I spoke made me want to work at MX more.
The culture fit is huge. Reviewing the company values early-on is beneficial.

Three interviews, different departments and different levels of seniority. Everyone was very smart, interesting and kind. Very focused on culture and personality fit. Very transparent about their company values and structure.
