I had my first in-person interview the week before the WFH order went out due to COVID-19. Luckily, they followed through on the hiring process and within about a week I had heard back that they wanted to move forward, but all the interviews would be video calls from then on. I had two more video call interviews after that, and received the offer about 20 days from my initial interview.

While it was extensive, everyone was very timely, and open with me. I liked how the interviews were more like conversations. I was able to ask all the questions I wanted to and I got helpful answers.
