      Great people, terrible process that was drawn out and told not a fit by the CEO after spending hours in their office. I was too old, didn’t fit their “young, attractive and cheap” culture. Made me feel terrible about myself and skills. CEO is pompous and full of himself like many Utah county men. Stay far away if you are a woman, person of color, have a disability or are older than 30.

      Entrevista

      I was not looking for a new role, and was very happy at my current company. I would have said I had my dream job- and personally, I was not in the right frame of mind to commit to an interview process, In January, I connected with Becky. She was very proactive and tried hard to get me interested in the company and role... she worked at me for 4 whole months. I appreciated that she didn't give up, and that she respected me professionally. She worked around my schedule for interviews and never once made me feel like a candidate. I actually felt like a future team member through my entire interview. I appreciated the laid back style of interviewing. Becky was kind enough to give me a heads up on a possible "walking" interview with the CTO. I like the out of the box interview style. I enjoyed meeting with both the CFO and CTO. Both of them were the reasons i joined the team, they were direct and passionate. I left the interview feeling like I needed to help set this thing on fire... Also, after receiving an offer... I appreciated that the CFO took time to jump on the phone with me for almost an hour to chat about concerns that I had. I have found this to also be consistent with others who have interviewed.
