I was referred to the company by a former coworker. Initially I visited the the MX campus multiple times to meet with the team. These conversations when a couple of hours long but that was because I had time available to talk with them. Then I had a phone interview with a 2 other people from peer organizations and then a round of final 1:1 interviews.
