I received an email to schedule a phone interview. I responded almost immediately with several dates and time frames. After a day and a half without a return response, I emailed again. And after another day and a half, emailed a third time and received no response. I understand that companies may change their mind about a candidate but it's very unprofessional not to respond to an email or provide an update.
