It was a long process!! MVF was very careful with who they moved to the next stages of interviews. I studied so hard for each interview and still left scared, with that being said everyone at MVF was so amazing they seemed to care and wanted me to do well. They seem to put as much into you as you do them. Great experience and so happy I got the opportunity to work with the company.

i applied online and the whole process took roughly 3-4 weeks. You're required to be able to speak about the company as if you were already employed. I advise you that if you are applying for this position, study as if you were back in school. be able to give them a presentation on the ins and out of MVF. there are a total of 4 interviews and i unfortunately bombed the 3rd role play interview, letting my nerves get the best of me. I completely understand the extensive interview process to hire the most well prepared candidate, however i feel it was a bit much to ask of someone who isn't employed by them yet to learn so much about them prior to be hired.
1) Brief telephone interview
2) Face-to-face interview
3) Presentation followed by a 2nd interview
The process was structured and professional. The questions were not always easy but manageable. They provided useful feedback.

Entrevista
Interview was for the Austin office. Spoke with the recruiter from the UK. He constantly interrupted my answers but ok... landed the in person interview. Met with two for my in person interview (they were late coming to get me from the lobby). One rarely talked and didn't take any notes, the other was heavily focused on asking negative scenario questions. Took almost a week to hear back from the recruiter. Was told they'd validate parking, which they didn't.
