HR interview then 2 rounds of leadership interviews for 30 to 60 minutes each. Questions revolved mostly around prior experience and strategy in role. The interviews were fairly easy with good conversations about the role expectations. After the second round the recruiter stopped answering emails and I never heard back about the opportunity which seemed odd to me after talking with high level leaders at the company for both interviews.
