Six rounds of interview. The initial rounds were conducted by external constants, followed by internal interviews with multiple functions followed by HR and then with hiring manager. Last round of interview was again with HR. Offer letter was subject to medical tests

Entrevista
First interview was a VC with my manager. Followed by in person interview with CMO and one HR interview (more like a formality). Process was initiated through a reference, and it was very easy process. In fact too easy an interview gives little strange feeling about the quality of people working. The worst part was interacting with the hiring coordinator (who thankfully left the company). He told so many lies! Be it relocation policies, organization structure, and even compensation details and benefits. I was told that company doesn't offer international relocation benefits (which was wrong), and that medical insurance is over and above compensation (wrong again! they deduct medical insurance premium from the salary), and said that you get free lunches and office transportation from office (completely wrong).
