In and out the door. Not a good place if you have worked in another call center, this place does not know what they are doing. Taking calls from Medicaid members having to show no compassion. So if you are a parson that can take being yelled at on the phone talked down to by members and management then this place is for you. Ask for there number of employees that have left before you waste your time at this place. Cold hearted when it comes to personal needs.

The interview process was really straightforward. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as call center interview questions. The interviewer was very welcoming and friendly just be sure to know the history and things about the company
The interview process was very easy going and laid back. Great company to work for. The managers was nice and informative. Great hours and work life balance. Loved working there.
