Interview was very easy and comfortable. Started off with a brief phone interview then scheduled for a in person interview with Manager and Customer Service Manager. I was hired on the spot. It seems like they’ll hire anybody with little to no experience.

The interview process was really straightforward. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as call center interview questions. The interviewer was very welcoming and friendly just be sure to know the history and things about the company
The interview process was very easy going and laid back. Great company to work for. The managers was nice and informative. Great hours and work life balance. Loved working there.
