The interview process took place across three stages. It moved fast with short gaps between follow-ups at each stage. and included a recruiter call, and two panels with competency-based questions. The process had consistent communication and feedback throughout.

Entrevista
I went through FOUR rounds of interviews, including a written test. Each stage, I was told how impressed the team was with me and my background, and then after the written test, I learned I did not get the job. But the HR recruiter said the team was impressed with me and my skillset and put me forward for another role, and the person who interviewed me seemed like they did not want to be doing this interview, and they were cold and uninterested in my answers. And then I was ghosted after that.
