After submitting a video recording, selected candidates were invited to the assessment day. As far as I know, they hosted at least three batches of candidates but you just need to choose one. Breakfast and Lunch was provided which is a big plus since the assessment day was very long. There were a 50 minutes group interview and 20 minutes individual interview where you needed to submit a set of slides the day before.
