Getting interviews and offers are supposed to be good things BUT Have you ever been bullied before even joining a co.? Worst interviews ever. Extremely political company. Think twice! Harrowing experience. HR is extremely unprofessional and accusatory. Exhibited bullying stance to candidates, like the dark side of the force. Diversity was in co. policy but in reality only lip service paid to diversity. They also said value ethics and integrity but chose to break the local labor law by wilfully changing terms and conditions in signed offer letter when it is forbidden under labor laws. Chose to take revenge when the laws were read. HR played politics skilfully and try to coerce poor candidate to obey HR own rules without regards to labor laws! what kind of ethics and integrity is it?!! Such co cause mental problems and is unethical at best. Know your rights under the law and don't get bullied by the bs HR.
