I went through the interview process for a backend engineering role at MSBC Group and, unfortunately, this experience has been one of the most disappointing I’ve had. After multiple rounds of interviews and investing considerable time and effort, I never received any update not even a rejection email or feedback. Even after reaching out to the hiring team for a status update, my messages were ignored. This complete lack of communication and disregard for candidates reflects very poorly on the organization’s professionalism and respect for people’s time. It’s frustrating when companies expect candidates to engage fully but fail to reciprocate basic courtesy. If this is how they treat prospective employees during the hiring process, one can only imagine how the current employees are valued. I strongly advise job seekers to be cautious before engaging with MSBC Group, as this experience suggests deeper issues with culture and accountability.
