Maybe a third-party agency interview.
It lasted almost 30 minutes, where you're being asked about advanced specialization, tech stack, scenario-based questions, etc.
it ended with coding round and sql level question regarding optimization.

The whole process dragged on for 2-3 weeks. Initially, HR seemed professional, they spoke nicely and scheduled things on time. But the moment I cleared the first round and gave the second, they completely ghosted me.
No reply to follow-ups, not even a basic auto-generated acknowledgment. Honestly, that’s a huge red flag. If this is how little respect they have for a potential employee’s time during interviews, I can only imagine how bad the culture would be after joining. It’s disappointing and unprofessional.
