Interview followed by animation test. Animation test had to be done within one week. After recieveng 3 rounds of feedback, HOD was happy with it and HR sent over offer.

1. Self-introduction. 2. Brief introduction for your Demo Reel, explaining the concept, approach, or specific things you want to share about individual work. 3. Discussion on approaches and methods of work in your Demo Reel such as how you use video references or how deep you know about body mechanics and sense of appeal for poses. 4. Q&A time, discussing possible tasks and team structure/culture.
