I had two phone interviews before a final decision was made - the first were general questions about how I relate with children, why they should hire me over anyone else. Second interview was conducted in Arabic by the director of the Arabic Academy at my preferred site - and was meant to test my proficiency, with questions surrounding my personal history of learning Arabic. The interviewer's questions and my answers were all in Arabic.
