The interviewer was well versed in the contract she was hiring me for and made the process easy and stress free. Even though I hadn't worked in the field since the early 1990's I was afforded an opportunity to show I was qualified to work as a remote CSR.

Very quick and friendly. Asked relevant questions and offered different positions to help me find a position that fits my lifestyle. Company prioritises healthy work/ life balance! I am currently waiting for a fully remote position.
Short and sweet not to many questions asked basically I just talked about myself and what I bring to the table, normal work hours no over time off on sundays.
