Process took 2 weeks, was invited for a phone interview, less than a week later was told of my decision.

After reviewing my application (cover letter and resume), the hiring manager decided I could be a good fit for the position and set up an interview via telephone since I was studying abroad at the time. The person who interviewed me seemed to be more nervous than I was for the interview and I ended up talking more/asking more questions than him.
