The interview was in a relaxed environment, by two of the three main partners of the company. They were really nice and responsive. Not your traditional interview by a recruiting officer. The company is a multi-discipline MBE/DBE/SBE/SBA 8(a) certified civil engineering and design consulting firm, it seems to have the more friendly working environment of small companies.
