HR phone screen, followed by a virtual interview and the final round is on site. Standard questions but didn't choose to go the final round as not available for an onsite interview due to location.

Any experience in sicentific wiritng/publication during school
It was easy first round interview, general , asked about work from office, study status, visa status, why do you want to work in mdpi, when do you finish your studies,
It was smooth about 30 minutes I was asked personal questions and I was asked about my role in the position . They gave me the name of four journals and arrange them according to my interest and they asked me about my experience with office work

Entrevista
The interview process was straightforward. Started with an editing assessment and then invited to interview in person. The interview was in front of a panel of HR and team members, include the team lead.
