Was recommended by internal HR and a personal connection. Had an HR interview for another role and was then recommended by HR for the above role. Had an initial discussion with another HR person, then was surprised by a panel in person interview consisting of senior manager and an AVP - they had their with PCs up and madly typed away as I was talking, not much feedback and very bland. Lastly a third one to one interview with a VP. Mostly standard behavioral questions with a review of work history.
