Unnecessarily long winded and pretentious. Send CV, then if they like it they ask you to send them a Covering letter. If they like that then you have a telephone interview with a heartless drone. Then if you impress the drone you then have ANOTHER telephone interview with one of the Managers. then if you impress him he will invite you to an assessment day at their base which is in the middle of a field in Maidenhead were you will have ANOTHER face to face interview and have to do embarrassing "TEAM BUILDING" exercises with complete strangers whilst being scrutinized by the bosses and having to grin like an idiot through this uncomfortable situation until your face is numb. It was a load of pointless fake nonsense and doesn't prove a thing other than how desperate you are for the job. I didn't like they're attitude, they came across as pretentious.
