Reached out to by agent, fixed up resume and sent in. Received phone interview which was 15 minutes late to start. Was lovely person to talk to. Got to second round, asked a bunch of high level knowledge questions. Said they would get back to me. Felt neutral about the interview. Didn't hear anything from agent or MCAP, reached out to agent, told me I was not accepted. No reason given. I consider that rude. Would not recommend.
