It started with an initial phone call, and then we had to talk to multiple clients regarding the available position. In the end, I went for a MAN contract that was for 4 years but lasted only 2 years because of restructuring. Then, MCA canceled my contract.

Zuerst gab es eine gegenseitige Vorstellung, dann wurden die üblichen Fragen beantwortet. Nach dem ersten Gespräch sollte ein Kompetenzprofil auf der Website erstellt werden. Danach bekam ich keine Antwort mehr.

Sia gli human resources che i business manager ti trattano come pari e ti mettono a tuo agio durante tutto il processo di hiring. Sono molto chiari nel descrivere l'obiettivo aziendale e il contesto in cui andrai a lavorare.
Primo colloquio conoscitivo con l'HR, poi colloquio tecnico con business manager e programmatore senior, in seguito ho ricevuto una lettera d'intenti con eventuale assunzione a discrezione dell'azienda cliente a seguito di un ulteriore colloquio.
