I found the position on an online job board and submitted my resume. My first contact was within 2 weeks with a recruiter. He passed my resume along to the project manager. The interview was very casual and conducted via phone. Mostly just covered my credentials and the job requirements. The next call came approx 3 weeks later and I was presented an offer an a start date. The entire experience was pretty casual and straight forward.
