3 rounds of interviews~
1st was with the recruiter to know more about you in terms of experience and skills as outlined in the CV and if it matches the job description.
2nd was a technical interview with potential future colleagues in the department they were recruiting for.
3rd interview was physical and it was testing how much you know about the company and their business.

This is my second time applying to Maersk. On both occasions, I was ghosted after the first round of interviews. After weeks of no communication, I eventually received a standard rejection email.

The hiring process is way too long. However, the interviewers were quite professional and supportive at the same time. Feedback wasn't provided. Not a positive experience overall. Questions were quite basic and general.
