Interview took about a month. There were different steps. I was told the team requirement is to do pair coding and during one of the interviews I checked what does it mean and how often it's supposed to be. I got an answer that ofc it's not the whole day everyday since every person has to take time to think himself. And at the very last step I had an interview with the team lead and found out it's not true and it's going to be everyday all the time, it's just how the processes in the team works. So don't really understood the different information from different persons. Also it was kind of confusing to join some interviews and find out the person who's interviewing you has been at the company for a month and can't really provide a feedback. Unfortunately, I didn't get a feedback after the interview even if I sent a message.
