I was contacted first by a Fircroft representative, who later set up phone interviews with the Drilling Manager, Drilling Head Operations and Finance Manager. Drilling Mgrs. asked me general questions about what was my experience in the oil business since the beginning of my career to the last job and, the Finance Mgr. asked me technical questions related with Finance, SAP and Accounting, he asked me also questions about my character and what would be my actions or answers in what if situations.
