The initial interview was through phone by an HR in Poland and they sent me through email the link for 2 online tests - cognitive and behavioral. You have to answer the cognitive test of 50 questions within 12 minutes, it's really tough to finish it. They told me if the feedback is positive, I will get a response after around 2 weeks.
I applied online and received a reply after about one week. Later I made a phone interview with HR from other countries. He basically asked about my understanding of this position, relevant experience, motivations and expectations. Not tricky, just a normal phone interview before further decisions .
