On-site interview, 3 rounds, about 2 hours.

- How do you manage stress? manage time?
- Why do you want to apply for this position?
3. HR Manager
-Strength and weakness.
Total two times interview. one is phone interview, and one is on-site interview. About 5 hours for onsite. Better to know second language, such as Chinese. Most managers can speak in Chinese.
