Just apply the program through career services on campus. Waited for several weeks and had a first round interview with the regional sales manager on campus. The interview was pretty straightforward and the interviewer only asked me some general questions such as "why M&T" "which experience from your resume do you think you learned most". Also be prepared for behavioral questions.
