They do not have a standard for interview process, and anyone can walk in and talk to you. People made up some questions to ask you on the fly. Some young guy is very rude, he kept saying you were not good in something

They have 3 rounds of interview, first round for some basic tech concepts like your understanding of spring. Second round is group interview, focus on data structure. Final round is interviewing with HR

Entrevista
It was in person about 3 hours long interview at their office. 2 hours technical interview and 1 hour HR and manager interview. The interview was positive and recruiter told that I passed it and will get an offer within few days. However its been more than 1 month now and they never got back. It is ok not to get an offer, but at least they should give a feedback and update potential candidates about the outcome. I applied 1 day leave and went to their office to attend the interview. Despite it was very positive one, they never bothered to get back. Very unprofessional.
