3 part interview process. Phone interview with hiring manager, then another phone interview with a team lead, then on-site interview. The on-site interview consisted of several one on one interviews. One with the CMO, another with the CEO, another with the COO and finally one with the department manager.

I applied online and was offered an interview within a few days. We had set it up for a Friday morning at 8 am, I woke up to an email from the recruiter saying she had meetings to plan for and asking if I could reschedule. I said yes and gave her my dates that would work for the following week. I heard nothing back from her that entire week. I sent a follow-up email to her the week after letting her know i was still interested and willing to interview, when again I got no response. Poor professionalism. As a human being I felt that even if the position had been filled, I was offered to interview, she had to reschedule, and I at least deserved a response.

Entrevista
I submitted my resume, cover letter and a short statement (pitching myself) through their site and received an automatic confirmation email from the COO soon after. After a little over a week I heard from the Sales Ops Manager and scheduled a call with her for the same day. Next, I was scheduled for an in-person interview, but first they had me fill out an online application and complete a personality and aptitude assessment. Later that week, I met with the VP of Sales for a conversation over lunch, then an interview with him at the office. After that I interviewed with the senior sales execs.
Overall, the process was very well organized, professional and though.
