I applied on their website, and in 3 days I was contacted by an hr. Although we scheduled a phone interview to be on Wednesday, he made a mistake and called me a day earlier than he was supposed to but I was available and we had a phone interview, then he sent me a technical challenge to complete in 7 days. I sent it, then waited for a week for a reply, I didn't get a response so I sent a reminder email, and waited for another week to get a response, so I sent another reminder asking for any updates or at least an estimation for when I would get a reply and I also got no response, so I assumed I was rejected without a response which is extremely rude and unprofessional.
