Their are two rounds of interview .
First is taken by the regular staff of their but after you qualify it second round is taken by the HR. The sales pitch is checked of the interviewee how confident they are.
Various things are checked in sales pitch your confident your other things.
It was nice process with some situtional based question, there was 3 rounds in the interview and the interviewers were very cooperative, if someone want to do the job they will definitely crack the interview
