The interview process was very relaxed. They gave me a typing test to make sure I had the right computer skills. The interview itself took about a half hour and then typing part took about 15-20 minutes.

It was a normal interview and then I was asked to complete a typing and filing test. They called me back after the monthly board meeting and offered me the position.
