Un interviu foarte ok pentru postul pe care esti angajat. Fix ce este scris si in fisa postului si cateva detalii despre tine. Si de asemenea, proiectele din CV sunt discutate acolo.
The recruitment process was smooth and efficient. After an initial HR call and a technical interview, I received an offer. The communication was clear and the overall experience was positive.
Over a two-month period, I applied to 10 different roles on the company's website and LinkedIn, including junior positions. I never received a single response or acknowledgment, which was a disappointing and frustrating experience reflecting a lack of respect for candidates' time.
