* First interview just to get a background * Assessment --> a presentation for a case * Second Interview --> direct with the line manager and more questions related to the position After 2 weeks I didn't receive any feedback, so I wrote myself the recruiter, to what he answer me: "The hiring team decided not to move on with your application, sorry.". To that I asked for feedback, I did not receive any email back. It's funny that the position that I was applying was for employer branding, but they handle the candidates these ways. Lot's of improvement in the recruiting process.
