Entrevista
First you take conversation with Recruiter light discussing project, position, ofice location etc. Almost never you could realize level of salary and project details. After that you take technical interview with some of project technical leads like Team Lead, Project Manager, or even both of them. If you pass it in some projects you will take Customer's interview. More often over Skype. On this interview you will discuss salary level, career opportunities and other formal stuff.

Unfortunately the interviewer was from another project and couldn't answer my questions about the role.

Me Escribio un reclutador y luego unos dias despues me entrevistaron tecnicamente, me hicieron preguntas relacionadas al puesto y me hicieron compartir mi pantalla para live conding. El entrevistador fue amable y cordial.
