My LinkedIn profile was found by one of the company's recruiters. She suggested me to pass a technical interview with the project's team member. Then I had a conversation with the PM. The last stage was a client interview. Despite several stages of interviewing, I must say it was worth it. All the people I communicated with, were very nice and competent.
I applied through Linkedin and got a mail for the first round of interview which happened with a person and he gave me one program and asked me to find the problems in the code or how we can improve the code. I answered him but he was asking questions inside questions from me.
