Overview: (1) Application (via LinkedIn) (1) 45min interview with in-house "Executive Talent Partner" (1) 30min Video Interview with a member of the Experience Center (1) Copy of your college transcripts (~$10 and the first time i've ever been asked for college transcripts in over a decade of working in the industry) (1) Second Application (via the company's internal portal which takes approx. 1 hr to complete) (1) Internal "Assessment" test (containing personality questions and problem solving activities - 2 HOURS to complete - not an exaggeration) (x5) 30min Video interviews with various team members from different departments within 2 days time (1) 30min in-person interview with the "Sr. Manager, Experience Centers"
