Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Lush en jul 2017
Entrevista
Applied online and received an email saying they liked my application and invited me in for an informal group interview.
The interview consisted of around 15 people who were split up into smaller groups to do activities such as giving a massage or selling a bath bomb. So it wasn't really an interview, more like testing your ability to present.
If you're not a very energetic or happy person Lush isn't for you.

Overall great interview experience, it was a group meeting where we learnt about each other and also what we could bring to the team. The questions were easy and understandable and the staff were very welcoming
So I was thrilled to have got an interview for Lush, when I turned up there were about 30 of us total. I really prepared for it and I was really excited at the thought of working within a company with the same values as my own. However we did not get asked even one question about us. We started with introducing a new random person we had met, then we did a supermarket sweep in groups of three and finally we did a role play in groups of five. It was fun, but if you were in a group that didn't work that well together that was it. We were told not to present the products in a certain way, then the group that actually acted it out in the way we wanted to was gratified. After that they said is there any questions, everyone was waiting for the section that they ask us questions so not many people actually asked questions, then they said thanks that is it bye! It's not that it wasn't fun it was just that they wanted people who were good at acting and not customer service. I know my local branch in particular gave a bad experience and not all will be that bad! I would recommend being really theatrical and remember to stand out as much as possible.
